Seth Dobieski

Attorney Dobieski grew up in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. In 2017, Attorney Dobieski received his Bachelors of Arts from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine, where he graduated cum laude. Attorney Dobieski subsequently graduated from the University of New Hampshire - Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2020, receiving his Juris Doctor.

Beginning his legal career as a prosecutor at the Rockingham County Attorney's Office in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Attorney Dobieski prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases in the Rockingham County Superior Court, representing the State of New Hampshire in multiple jury trials. In 2022, Attorney Dobieski transitioned to the Hillsborough County Attorney's Office in Nashua, New Hampshire, where he continued as a prosecutor. His caseload included prosecuting serious felony cases such as Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, and Computer Crimes Against Children. Notably, Attorney Dobieski represented the State of New Hampshire as one of two prosecutors in a highly publicized Attempted Murder trial, which received both national and regional media attention. In 2024, Attorney Dobieski entered private practice.
